Section 3 Participation
Sustainable Fellwood Subcontractors continue to employ local residents of Chatham and surrounding Counties. During the month of May, 91 (local residents / 57%) out of 160 (total number of workers on-site for May) were employed on Sustainable Fellwood - Phase I. A total of 203 (47%) local residents have been employed on Phase I. |

To-date (as of May 31, 2009) 455 workers have been badged. Estimated Average number of workers on-site daily: 32

documentation to support their ability to work legally
in the United States; provide proof of identity and
proof of employment authorization.

CAP* students hired to-date: A total of 14 CAP participants have been hired on Phase I.
During the month of May, 3 CAP Participants worked on-site.

A total of 17 individuals were hired as new
employees in May and 209 individuals were
hired to-date as a result of this project.

Two (2) individuals have been hired from the local

| Employment – Persons seeking employment with the project The project continues to receive large numbers of interested persons daily looking for employment. An average of 25 people visit the site weekly looking for employment. ‘Interest Intake’ forms completed by individuals interested in working on the site are filed for potential future employment opportunities. |
