The Housing Authority of Savannah selected a local development team led by Melaver, Inc. as the master developer for the redevelopment of the Fellwood Homes and Fellwood Annex site.

The Sustainable Fellwood Team also includes Parallel Housing, CHSA Development Inc., Lott + Barber Architects and Michael Singer Studios.  They plan to incorporate green design concepts such as those employed in Melaver's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified Abercorn Common Shopping Center.

The Fellwoood site will include affordable apartment homes, senior living, market-rate rentals, homeownership and a retail component.
