Employment
The project continues to receive large numbers of interested persons on a daily basis looking for employment. An average of 100 people visit the site weekly looking for employment. ‘Interest Intake’ forms are completed and filed for potential future employment opportunities. Subcontractors have a ready ‘pool’ of potential skilled and unskilled laborers from which to build their workforce. The majority of applicants are local Savannah residents.

• Over 100 people (on average) visit the job site trailer weekly seeking employment.
• Job seekers complete an ‘Interest Intake’ form for potential future employment opportunities.

Department of Corrections
Sustainable Fellwood has hired 1 individual and received numerous applications from individuals of the local Transition Center.
• Subcontractors hiring Department of Corrections individuals are eligible for a $2400 Tax Credit.
